Now it's not exactly new anymore because I came across it before Christmas but I haven't gotten around to writing about it. It being Kling, a newish shop in the 'Italian Quarter' at lower Ormond Quay. When i popped my head in I got talking to Barry who runs the shop. The whole idea is that they don't do a very big range of sizes, most of the stuff is a free size, so that keeps the prices down. And it is very well priced, really cute little dresses for less that €50 and gorgeous little scarves for a fiver.
